Our 1-hour LIFT and RUN workouts change daily and are designed to keep you engaged and progressing. Each workout is time-based and scalable (splash box when you hove the mouse over this), meaning you control the pace, making it adaptable for all fitness levels.
Time-based and scalable means everyone does the same exercise for a set amount of time, not reps or sets. You control the intensity by choosing weights, pace, and breaks. For example, a beginner might use 5-pound dumbbells and take more breaks, while someone advanced might lift heavier and push harder. This allows you to tailor the workout to your fitness level while still moving in sync with the group.
