Matthew Barron

TRAINER

BMF trainer Matthew is a born and raised Texan who’s passion for fitness started when he started experimenting with exercises at age 11. Matthew has nearly a decade of fitness experience under his belt, including personal training, spin instructing & group fitness. With certifications ranging from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), MMA Conditioning Specialist (MMACS) & Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS), Matthew believes in testing the limits of your body, both physically and mentally, to produce results that create all encompassing results. Along with his passion for 80’s funk music and freestyle dancing, Matthew will motivate you to prove to yourself that you’re worth every ounce of sweat that hits the floor.

 

What to expect in class

You can expect intense energy, dance breaks (to keep the heart rate up…) and no judgment, whatsoever!
