FOUNDING TRAINER
Our founding trainer, Lizzie Furlong, came to us with extensive personal training knowledge and group fitness experience. She taught classes in big box gyms, boutique studios, and was involved in launching new fitness programs all across Dallas/Ft. Worth. She has certifications in TRX, barbell training, mixed martial arts, dance fitness, pilates, cycling, and high intensity interval training. She believes there is an athlete in all of us, an inner badass accessible to all.
What to Expect In Class:
Focus on posture for safety, technique to maximize your efforts, and a joke or two to remind you that fitness can be fun! Be prepared for a dosage of sparkle and spice, and you just might surprise yourself with what you are capable of doing.
Go-to Fitness Tip:
HYDRATION! Being properly hydrated can help fight fatigue, hunger pangs (pains), remove toxins from the body, lubricate the joints, and dozens of other benefits. Keep water on you and drink up!
