Crystal Bundny

TRAINER

BMF trainer, Crystal, comes to us from Central Florida where she grew up competing in all sports from basketball, to Olympic weightlifting, to surfing and everything in between. Determined to beat the boys, Crystal was fascinated with testing the limits of what the body and mind were capable of; eventually leading to her ongoing quest of climbing the highest mountains around the world. She uses that mentality in her coaching, aiming to push you past your perceived limitations and come out feeling powerful, knowing you are capable of anything!

 

What to expect in class

Lots of motivation, form technique and the occasional silly dance
